I don't know much about robin,but lets use the latest incarnation of robin.
This battle takes place in an alley in the middle of nyc,so pretty much anything goes

well lets see cyclops has laser beam for his power... and robin has a really nice cape..... so you decide

Cyclops wins in less than a second.

i dont think it matters which robin it is....cyclops may not be as good at hand to hand fighting as robin but he is skilled enough to get the chance to crash robin with his optic blast....cyclops all the way in 5 mins

not really differant robins have differant skills i mean the one currently from teen titans could beat him while a differant one would get his ass kicked i'm a huge fan of robinj so i know what i'm talking about

There is no Robin that could beat Cyclops without help.
