ANY thoughts as to who wins this one?

My money is on DD.

good match up. city setting, i think dd takes it. arena/ring, probably gambit. in a ring it'd be too tough for dd to dodge his charged objects. in a city, dd's radar sense takes over.

has this taken place in a book? it seems familiar . . .
