Alan Scott is kickass. He's pretty much pure starheart energy and was exchanging blows with parralex. Also he doesn't have that stupid yellow colour wickness.

He would be able to match Alan without it

Sentinel going all out > Quasar w/ Power Cosmic > Sentinel normally > Quasar normally

Like you KgKg said Quasar is somewhat of a match for Alan WITHOUT the power cosmic. Why give Quasar an impossible advantage?

actually you do know that magic screws up Quasars constructs and Sentinel uses magic constructs.
