Atum absorbs the life forces of his opponents after victory

What can Atum do?

He's the sun-god and killed or imprisoned all of the evil elder gods like cthon and set. He transforms into demogorge when he has more power and lives in the sun. He's the son of Gaea and DemiurgeHe flys at light-speed, can teleport, has high level fighting skills, light, heat and plasma at star level power. He's also got near unlimited strength.

He stops at Shuma-Gorath (who is on his level) and Dormammu.

Arishem the Judge destroys Atum

if atum converts gods(odin,cyttorak) into energy though, he may clear it.
if not gets to dorm and shuma.

He would easily get to Dormammu and Shuma-Gorath. He might have a chance of beating them, but I'm not sure. If he can, he definitely stops at Arishem.

Demo definitely has a chance against Shuma and Dormammu on a neutral ground.
