Harbinger from Crisis on infinite earths
whose powers include
telportation
ability to create duplicates of her self
flight
and energy blasts frome her hands or head that were powerfull enough to kill a weakend Monitor

Silver Surfer

She ain't do much to say that she can beat surfer so surfer wins by default unless someone can change my mind.

I think Harbinger wins 6/10 she was pretty powerfull in the orginal crisis.

Monitor was basically Anti Monitors equal
and even though he was weakened when Harbinger killed him he was still more powerfull then surfer, and rion is extremly powerfull too.

Harbinger darn surfer is just so powerful he should have been in the crisis he would have finished it in one day the way you guys talk considering monitor is equal to the anti-monitor meaning he could destroy whole universes if he wanted, yup im sure anti-monitor would have met SS and said oh no the dreaded silver one i think ill stop and go home.
