But is the Ultimate Hulk Stronger than The Regular Hulk?

I'd say Ultimate Namor, but it would be pretty close... he is a DAMN lot more powerful.

I don't really remember anything suggesting Ult. Namor was was faster or stronger than normal Namor. Haven't read the issues in awhile though
