Current Billy Batson w/Shazam's powers against Doctor Fate (Hector Hall)

Um I'm going with Shazam 9/10 for the simple reason that Hector (at least to my knowledge) doesn't possess the base brick power-set that Fates usually have.

Yeah I have to agree iof you were talking about Captian Marvel /w shazams power versus Doctor Fate with the full powers of Nabu then we;d be talking

Marvel rather easily but if this was the Nabu incarnation it would be a whole different story.
