There is no such thing as a "full powered galactus" ... there is only a galactus that is fully fed. A nearly fully fed galactus got knocked on his ass by Thanos.

If Thor can get the god-force out before Galactus fries him Galactus dies or runs away screaming like last time. Cap with power cosmic is at best a useful distraction to draw away galactus's attention just like the silver surfer would be.

It's worth mentioning that Mjolnir has absorbed power far greater than we have seen Galactus ever put out so it's quite possible that Mjolnir is all that's needed to beat Galactus. If Galactus attacks with energy, Mjolnir can easily absorb it and toss it back with interest.

No. No such thing as "FP Galactus". Eterntity is sum of all there is. Galactus is just a tiny part of all there is. For Galactus to equal eternity, he would have to absorb all there is and that would never happen. Dude you are fanboy to the fullest, Galactus absorbs his ship Taa II he will be on Eternity level of power, even this was stated in a comics many times, my god are that galable. Well written Galactus kills Thor 10/10 everytime unless PIS is involved, a FP Galactus is too much for Thor w/power of cosmic.

So imagine that Cap from IG now powered with the power cosmic....imagine what his All American roundhouse can do now...without the power cosmic it could stun and knock down King Thor, without the power cosmic it could badly stun/knock back and disorient Thanos with the IG. Now imagine it powered with the power cosmic, Omniversal power levels here comes Cap.
