If he does his kill the earth nova thing, he clears it. barring that, I dont' see him putting wolverine Down. he can make wolvie hurt, but wolvie would just keep regening. Namor is done for. Storm just takes all the air away and he has no way to flame on with no oxygen. Hulk would kill him if he gets his hands on him.

because Namor is particularly susceptible to being weakened by flames.

Also, Storm has winds and lighting which can create problems for Torch.
