Or as I said before, creates a gust a wind with superbreath that knocks the air out of Spiderman's lungs and KOs him.

Superman can whistle at a frequency that knocks Spidey out.

This is an effortless win for Supes.

Superman in a curbstomp...no way Spidey can dodge/swing out of Superman's way for very long...

Even his Spider-sense won't give him enough reaction time (and just FYI I'm a Spider-fan...)

Wow this is the second time I have seen someone seriously make this topic.

Superman doesn't do anything.
Spiderman's climbing the side of a NY Skyscraper when all of a sudden his spidersenses go gonzo on him. massive mindmelting blasts of "alert!!" type messages in his head. he gets dizzy, weak and blacks out, falls off the side of the skyscraper, only to be rescued by Superman.


Spidersense... a blessing and a curse

Spite.


A whistle, the snap of a finger, a burp, a fart........ Would all be sufficient for Supes to take the win here.

If you even dreamt that ridiculous conclusion then you better wake up and apologize personally to Superman.

Superman sees spiderman and looks through his costume and see how young the guy is. So he thinks to himself, I dont want to punch or kick the guy, it will kill him. So he rams into spiderman with his chest still killing him by the impact.

Dead spidey and superman didnt even have to raise a finger.

Spider-Man easily. He possesses the advantage in terrain, and can easily doge and counter any attack Superman has due to his spider senses. ermm
