Iron Man beat Terrax atleast once although it did result in Stark's suit being destroyed.

Iron Man "has" beaten Terrax at least once and it was with much older suits. I don't know if IM has fought Blastaar or not. I'm going to put my dollar down on Tony to come out the victor out of this.

Terrax should never loose to Tony.
