Round one: H2h only. Battle takes place in the Danger Room.

Round two: Weapons are permitted. Battle takes place on a moving train.

Round three: H2h only. Battle takes place on rooftops (a maximum of 4 50 foot tall buildings in New York City.

Which team wins?

1- Team 2: Spider-Man isn't an impressive fighter, but still, he's 20 tons, if I'm right, nah? It's enough strengh to kill anyone else in one shot.

2- Team 1: Gambit could do "52 pick-up" in the face of both of team 2. And that's without saying that Batman have flash bomb to distract them.

3- Team 2: Well, it's a match for Spider-Man.
