Who wins?

With the exception of devices like C Cubes and higher powers, the best reality warping we've seen on panel in Marvel Comics are by the likes of Jaspers, Franklin and Wanda.

Braddock has never even warped an entire planet. He's been hyped to ridiculous proportions by some people, yet ask them to provide the evidence and they either cant or youll find they've just misinterpreted a scene
