Reality warp via magic. Matter manipulation via magic. Superman theorized that she might be the source of all evil magic. And she basically knows every fairy tale in the universe, so long as one or more beings remember it (IE, she made a Kryptonian dragon from myth to fight Superman.)

EDIT: Forgot to add - one of her henchmen, a Paul Bunyan looking guy, snapped the Lasso of Truth with ease.
