Its going to take more then Juggernaut. Thor was able to block the Juggernauts magic I sure Odin could too. Juggernaut is an avatar of Cyttorak he doesn't have his full power and he would more then likely lose to somebody as powerful as Odin.

Exactly how would it be a good fight?

They get stomped 10/10 without a doubt. A bunch of bricks albeit powerful bricks (Juggernaut has some tricks but their useless.) against someone like Odin? Lulz.
