Riddle of the Sphinx is

hmmm. maybe team 1. Though team 2 has a fairly decent shot.

Nova is now more powerful than the whole team that used to fight sphinx.
Apocalypse is a jobber whilst out side of his death Wendell is an over acheiver.
Both the villains dont have impressive feats on top tiers.

Id take team one in a hefy majority. Hell i think wendell could eek out a majority solo.

On paper the baddies have more versatility etc but quasar is also incredibly versatile...so on paper its close either way.

A non-jobbing Apoc won't go down that easy.
Sphinx is pretty powrful himself.
