Turpin by far. He managed to mentally battle Darkseid even though the latter's will was believed to be strong enough to dominate the Central Battery on Oa and was shown to be sufficient to orchestrate and control half the world's population (with help from the ALE). Not to mention the fact that he once fought Kalibak and lived.
