Off Top of my Head, Iceman, Firestorm, Flash, Magneto, Terrax, Iron Man.

Flash could simply steel their motion. No blitz needed. Firestorm simply burns them all to ash.

Sand Human torch. Goes nova and incinerates them all. They are all easily beatable except Sand becuz you put no matter manip or mind rape. So the only way to beat them is by cold or heat.

HT can fly, or is it just not allowed to fly but we can use charcters with the ability to fly?

Reverse boy from the PC legion. Turns anyone's powers back on them. Gideon beats the crap out of them. Any high tier TK can do it to. Rip them apart.

Juggs kills Tommy but still Sandman is the prob in his case IMO

maybe Electro 2.0, extremely high voltage -> heat, the only one I'm not sure about is Morlun I think he would tank the electricity
