It depends on what equipment he gets I guess DR tech ain't gonna do it. He'll need something really. Also if he fugures out how MNs powers work he would stand a chance.

True, I didn't think about it, but if he got the right gear he could take it.

if punisher succeeds, chances are, neither of these guys are gonna know what happened

Again thats what I'm thinking. One option is to blow them the **** up.

Midnighter does have enhanced senses so it's going to have to be a pretty thorough and well crafted trap/plan.
