I am *inclined* to go with Zatanna, but that is not a solid opinion. Mordo is nothing to sneeze at, and while Z has a number of impressive feats, this would not necessarily be a given; with prep, I think he'd take it; off-the-cuff I think she's faster on the fly/has better finesse.

I might have to amend my opinion later...

Mordo would be a worthy foe, but Z for a majority.
