Refresh my memory on Black Zero Galan it's been awhile. I remember him being very physical powerful in comparison to Superboy with a hypergun but that's it.

His tech (specifically the hypergun) was far and away his most useful attribute. As far as his other abilities... Using them to beat some versions of Superboy is hardly enough to put him above Thor.

Is what I figured. If I don't remember a lot, it's highly likely the character didn't make an impression that stands out.
