Wiccan if he fights smart and Cho has no prep. I don't think cho has anything on him particularly suited to fight someone like Wiccan.

I like that Wiccan picture. Pretty sexy. He wins.

Actually Cho may have a chance because he usually fights against magical entities and he's equiped with a mix of magic and tech; it really depends on how much of an upgrade Wiccan got in the new Children's Crusade mini, otherwise Cho wins this handily.
