I honestly didn't see anything from chaos Herc to suggest that he is over RKT. Not saying he wasn't, just that I didn't see it.

I'm not doubting that dmills, but just out of curiosity, what would you say puts rkt above chaos war hercules?

Herc can solo..no one from team one is anywhere near his power level..

Imo it depends entirely on how you view God Hercules from CW, and how you at the same time perceives Galactus from the Annihilation series. With that said, it could imo go either way, based on what you perceive as the most impressive showing.
