I'll go with the Count

Nefaria was a beast. He was shrugging off Thor hammer throws without moving. He was also plowing through whole teams of Avengers. He has alot of powers Superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, durability, healing and longevity Optic blasts, Flight

He beats regular Hyperion 7/10
King Hyperion beats him 9/10

Count was a beast but Hype edges him out
