By feats, Odin and Surtur > DP, considering that the best thing (IIRC) that she did was make a star go supernova. Surtur busted a universe simply by igniting the Sword of Twilight; he's also given Odin serious problems. Odin's rocked galaxies in battle.

By feats, I think you have to roll with team two. Going by "role," team two should take it, though.
