It's not spite only because they're damn near impossible to compare. They have nothing in the way of comparable feats or attempted feats.

Hell, Superman with the Cosmic Armor is the only person who faced off against Mandrakk, the rest is all pretty much extrapolation assumptions.

But yeah, Mandrakk wins.
