Both at their peak or best who wins and how?

Common sense says Hela 10/10. A respected Hell Lord, CL100 strength, etc.... but we've seen her get humiliated by Darwin. I've never seen a Loki showing that low.

Comic fight : Loki 10/10. Forum Fight (using basic God given common sense) : Hela annihilates him.

Barring amps and special artifacts, Hela.

Still, it's a good fight considering that Loki, once he's committed to fighting someone, is an opponent more than capable of fighting foes more powerful than he.
