Pre-Flashpoint Diana beats the living shit out of both, ties current Diana with the lasso and forces her to watch as she has her way with Kal-El. All out of spite because current Diana changed boots.

All in all...Kal-El wins in the end.

DCnU Diana is more formidable than her pre-DCnU counterpart, I'd say.
