Bill beat Thor to get Stormbreaker...

Thor was at a disadvantage because of heat however. Bill seemed to thrive in it.

yeah, i'd agree with this but i'd guess pure melee would prevent this. i'd go with herc for a solid majority but bill could take a couple for sure.

I think Herc takes about 6/10. No reason to give him an overwhelming majority.
