The Midgard Serpent is overrated. Team kills it.

Didnt it take an armored, belt of strength wearing Thor, pushing to his max, to kill the Midgard Serpent, and even then I think Thor was basically mush afterwards. That saying, if so, Serpent eats this team for breakfast.

Between Bi-Beast Torgo & Magneto can be considered Class 100 each.

Personally Id take that level of Thor, with that level of equipment, to beat this team, Id say the same of a the Serpent.
