Why not? Persuader has high durability and strength but cap has taken down big dudes before. Ultra durable shield and an axe that can cut anything, I thought it would be interesting. Why not?

Cap has taken out bigger fish "in a comic". A battle on KMC is completely different. This guy has fought against the titans and was winning.

A better thread would be to just ask if the axe could cut through the shield

Cap Owns.

Has Cap and Silver samurai fought?

Persuader swings his ax and cuts CA's air supply. He swings again and cuts his connection to gravity.

CA is dead by the time he makes it to the upper atmosphere and his lifeless body ends up floating in space.

There's going to be a big brown spot on Cap's bottom

I liked persuader when I was younger and used to collect legion comics but didn't remember everything he could do. His more recent appearances have either gone under my radar or didn't seem all that impressive that I thought he would shit stomp cap.

more me thinking I had an understanding of the character but in fact forgot the real potential of his weapon than having no knowledge of him. (even tho it might as well be under those circumstances) my bad.

He's a guy dangerous to the likes of Mon-el. All the Fatal Five members are very powerful.
