These two Monsters have both got Recognition for Good Feats and Beating and Breaking Batman so who would win

Round1: Bane has no Venom in H2H
Round2: Bane has no Venom and Deathstroke has his Sword
Round3: Bane is on Full Venom and Deathstroke has his Sword and a Assault Riffle with 2 clips

Have we ever seen Nu52 Bane not use Venom?

Anyway, Bane stomps 'stroke in Round 3. Don't know about the other Rounds, given that I don't know what Nu52 Bane is capable of sans Venom..

I don't know man i think Deathstroke would shoot his knees out but I'm a DS fan so I may be biased on this one.
