Thanos probably solo this, with some difficulty.

Annihilators maybe could win against Thanos with PIS/CIS off for then.

After what Thanos did to Hulk and Thor, it's pretty clear that no one around herald lvl possess the firepower to take him out.

They can. But with high end attacks like Godblast, Surfer Black hole, etc.

He pushed Thor around but there was no decisive victory thanks to Marvel writers, he did nothing to the Hulk but make him smirk. With that said Thanos and his crew wins this, but he won't be soloing this team.
