Alfred is actually bad ass when he wants to be. He wins.

Jarvis' only feat I'm aware of is mopping the floor with Toad... and that might not even be canon (avx joke issue).

Not really relevant for a fight, but Alfred wounding a Predator with a musket or some sort of ancient firearm was one of the few things I liked about Batman/Predator.

Didn't alfred just recently team up with bane and fight demons in the ruins of arkham asylum?
