Non-WW3 removes a really good arc for him, and brings him back down to manageable levels. I'm not certain this is BA's, especially with all of Warlock's many tricks.

Seriously though, it'll probably go like Warlock's old fights with Thor, he's tricky but there's a good chance he'll just get overwhelmed.
