They are all peers, but the top 3 is Reed, Doom and Pym and then T'Challa is on their heels.

Yeah, I put Doom over Reed. Before reading Board Walker doing it.

He simply has more impressive accomplishments. The mere fact he knows sorcery on par with a sorcerer supreme AND science on par with the best minds in Marvel is reason alone to bump him above Richards.

No, all it shows is that he is more ambitious. Knowing more doesn't = smarter

Well, you could say that about any prodigy underachiever, though. But when we're trying to measure "smartness", we're usually talking about something measurable, e.g. a list of achievements.

The fact that Doom can function at the highest levels in both science and sorcery, when the elites of the elite spent their entire lives trying to master just one of those multi-disciplines, is a major achievement.

Doom is the 3 smartest people in Marvel.

Tbf, Doom did get at least one upgrade in magical power (from those 3 demons after Vic killed the love of his life), so it was a shortcut.

Wouldn't Doom being a high powered Mage whose major nemesis is known to have a massive gap vs magic; yet still beats Doom make Doom look very weak.

Doom, Reed and Pym have expertise that span most areas/fields of expertise.

Beast might jump ahead in genetics, Banner at gamma shit and Iron Man's probably better at robotics, but other then that these three take the top spot imo.
