He got pwned by Saturn Girl just recently but I'm not sure if that's a power down or not because Imra is a powerful telepath.

Yeah i wouldnt call that a step down. SG is above most telepaths like Cosmic Boy is above Magneto. The Legion are ridiculously powerful.
