They literally moved something that was, conservatively speaking, dozenS of times larger than the planet. That said, 'merely' tossing Earth into the Sun would be child's play for them.

Just to be clear you are asking if in a fight Superman has thrown the Earth into the sun? Or if he has shown in a fight strength to throw the Earth into the sun?
