When the Amalgam reality was created, it was a merging of both companies (Brothers) that produced that,
The Brothers were everything in the story, how were there other, let alone "myriad" dimensions, is a wtf.

There shouldn't be any other world except for the Amalgam pocket universe, until the Brothers separated.

How did Strange manage to beat the "most powerful being in the universe," who can re-shape said pocket-universe?

There shouldn't be any other world except for the Amalgam pocket universe, until the Brothers separated. All-Access(where those scans are from) takes place after the events of Marvel vs. DC. Therefore, Strange wasn't imprisoned in the Amalgam universe.
