I'm thinking about how thin that armor becomes as it increases in size. I have to go with Prime on this. He's so fast for one, and is extremely resistant to magic.

The Destroyer wouldn't just be a magical threat though. Its strength, durability, and Celestial slicing Odin Sword are still at its disposal.
