Cap, Shang, and Sabretooth protect me from Batman, Owlman, Deathstroke, who are just not gonna work as well together
Shang has worked with Cap. Push comes to shove Sabretooth is a professional, who will follow a lead.
Batman demands to be followed, and Owlman is Batman-lite. DS while professional, also thinks he's the smartest guy in any room and will second guess Bats at every turn.

I'm going to die either way, but there's still that .00000001% chance in the back of your mind that you could survive or beat the merely human Batman somehow. Sabretooth is a monster. Enhanced senses, healing factor, claws, and an animalistic temper. Lets just say, I would rather die by Batmans hands.
