Cybernary has the strength, speed and other power advantages, and will defeat LD.

...but I have to vote for LD. Total bias, as she was one of the favorite female characters in Marvel when she came out many many moons ago. A really cool character.

Bias wins over logic in this one ...Lady Deathstrike.
