I remember the talk of this book years back and sort of forgot about it.

Glad to see it finally coming out.

Blade get some kind of amp? Logan has this easily otherwise

He's been written rather well in Avengers. He was able to take down Ghost Rider a few issues ago.

But Guggenheim Wolverine is nearly unstoppable.

This could be awesome if written correctly. An interesting take on a classic vampire vs werewolf type trope.

He wrote some good Wolverine fights back in Civil War and this looks like it'll probably be around that era (wolverine is in his x-force get up).

Blade does have an upgrade now that he has boy-thing, after beating Xarus but I doubt we'll see that.

I can't wait to see everyone's disappointment when this is just a standard inconclusive fight or brief stalemate, like X-23 vs Captain America. Then they go on to fight the real villain or something.

It's a whole issue with great art, so it can't be any worse....I think half of what made the last one so bad was the way the artist drew it. I think Blade's recent fights in the main Avengers comic have been great and a large part of it is the art.

I might have to track down that first fight it's been a while since I saw it but I do remember the art being horrible.

During the Curse of the Mutants arc I thought for sure we were going to get a rematch but it turned out just to be a pissing match.

Blade and Wolverine go back a very long time as I recall they met in like 1935 for the first time.

This fight was ok the art was much better.

Yea it was a shorter version of the first fight.

Blade stabs Wolverine, Wolverine slashes Blade across the face, Wolverine dives at Blade, gets a glaive to the throat, then they both realize they're on the same side.

There is a vampire clone of Wolverine (no adamantium) that Blade puts down pretty quickly before he heals from ash.

Wolverine raped Blade again

Not a good fight.

That's another criticism. Guggenheim only ever writes Wolverine in full on berserker mode.

He wasn't holding back. His mission was to kill Blade the same as Blades was to kill Wolverine.

Blade is clearly shown to be far more skilled of the two. So much for Logan's so called MA skills. HF is the only thing that made it a fight. As always.
