Shadow-Thief, Tomi can't tag or touch him.

So if he looks at him and he turns to stone he still cant touch him?

Good question. It depends on if Gorgon can locate him. Shadow Thief can attack from Gorgon's own shadow, and not even be aware of it,.

Shadow-Thief has gotten a nice amp, thanks to Luthor. He can control other people's shadow.
