Could be, I'm not too famaliar with him. He'd have to be well above Hulk, who we all agree is beneath Damage (By virtue of his fight with Superman. who literally everyone not Carver places above Hulk.)

How powerful is Congo Bill? Because for all his jobbing Abom is a legit CL100 character.

Don't be silly. The Hulk can exceed Damage's output any day of the week. PM me when Damage is able to shift planetary plus weight, or punch out a solar system with one punch. Congo Bill is in the exact same boat.

That's not even Congo Bill's best feat. He was stalemating an Elder God.

Kongo Bill KO'd Damage? Well so did a no name monster on that very same island. Damage lost a lot of steam during his brief stay there. Then again maybe Wonder Woman isn't as strong as you think she is.

He isn't Hulk level. Hulk has no level, and in a forum setting since we have been going with this full capacity approach, Hulk would obliterate both of these chumps with one mighty punch. 133.5 Herc's in a calm state, is far more that a King Kong clone can muster.

Damage doesn't seem to have a limit either. Parasite couldn't drain him and he had no problem draining the Speed Force and Hals ring at the same time.
