so who is the weakest comic character who can beat pinhead (the comic version) for a majority?

Hawkeye, blind and deaf.

This will be extremely hard to pin point.

Never really been sure where to place Pinhead, as he's pretty OP in most situations. However, a skilled magic user, like Constantine or Strange, should be able to beat(or at the very least banish) him... Though they might not be the 'weakest' who could do so.

IMHO, nothing less than a high level mage, like Strange/Fate/Constantine, would do.

It instantly reminded me of a Wolverine game (still searching to see which one) when you start and you're naked with a helmet and cables running out of you.
