Who would win?

Wasn't it Morlun actually wasn't that much stronger than Spider-Man but he drained his life force making Pete think he was being hit harder than he actually was? Was something I read second hand so could definitely be wrong.

No idea? I guess that I may be overly impressed with Morlun after seeing what his powers can do. The Adamantium feat also played him up.

Like I said, I only read it second hand. If true, could have been changed since whether intentionally or later writers didn't know and took the Thor and Hulk comparisons as accurate.
