Graviton

Ultron-6

Can they whoop Supes?

How serious is Superman? If he's fighting in character, he should win after a good fight. Graviton and the Count get KOed first. Ultron-6's internals get slagged by Heat Vision. Loki runs away.

Superman wins.

If he's fighting in character... he gets zopzop'd by the likes of Solomon Grundy...

Team takes this as much as I hate to admit, Loki has vast magical energy manip and the count might be an equal in himself.

Loki is not beating Superman. SM has gone up against high level mystics before.

The Count is a joke my guy. Year One Superman in his teens would've taken him apart. The biggest threat here is Loki, and Superman begins with enough common knowledge to blitz him first.

The rest of the team is too slow to do anything other than wait for their turn.

Superman has gone up against high level magic users and done just fine. His 'magic weakness' is bullsh|t that he overcomes when he feels like it.
