Can a telepath summon the intel to stop events? Who wins?

hmm, on the surface i'd say vision should take this, but his ai is sufficiently advanced that Charles might be able to interact with it. his mind blasts have also ko'd a sentinel in the past (and I think he was in a weakened state at the time??) so there's a chance he could take vision out anyway.

if vision goes intangible, i'm really not sure at all how the mind blast would affect him since it seems more like a force/physical attack. tough match to call imo.
