Remember a lot of those 'suspect' showings by Stranger were him faking it. For example: The fight vs Pluto in Hades was purposely thrown by Stranger.

Even vs a powerful Psi like Overmind, the only reason he was staggered was because he was exhausted, and his guard was down.

Strnager is up there with Galactus, Eon, the Watchers, etc.. He's multiple tiers above Prof X.

Then you have special psychic rapport and can be a hero 🦸‍♂️.

meh, i don't buy it. he's def not on galactus' level. he's not even on the level of a watcher as we saw in quasar. he's definitely had issues on the psychic plane and xavier has more than enough showings to make me think he has a chance here. maybe he only wins a couple, but i don't think this is an easy battle at all.
